My last year past experience interseeding raygrass in corn at V7-V10 stage wasn't good. Raygrass didn't grow at all, he need some light. But I did also have good result when I seedeed it before V7. Don't forget that there is a difference between seeding @ V4-V7 and weeds @ V4-V7. The time it take the raygrass to germinate and grow, corn is tall enough to not be a problem.
