You nailed it. Two shots of Powermax usually gets the job done and very rarely do we have to spray for aphids. We're lucky enough to not have resistance yet on anything we have found. Rotation with wheat and edible beans helps immensely. Most of our ground only sees Roundup every 3-4 years when we bring sugar beets into the rotation, unless we plant more soys/corn. No fungicides on soys around here either. Although we might put a try a shot of something for white mold this year if the weather is leaning that way.
