Sawzall works for us here. Passenger car tires with lots of steel in them are difficult to cut. Implement and tractor tires cut like butter. They are more difficult to drag around but in minutes cutting per square foot of coverage, the larger tires win. Skid steer tires cut easy too,(no steel).
