I have noticed!  Wife and daughter have been offering me compliments.  I wear insulated coveralls and a coat when out so the weight loss hasn't been as obvious to others.  My face and neck do show a difference.

It has become easier to move around and especially to get down on the creeper in the shop or in and out of the tractor cab.  I wish I had been able to get myself in gear a few years ago.  When I stepped on the scale this morning it was new territory that I haven't seen for years.  I don't think I have been this "small" since I was in my 30's.  Shame on me for letting my weight add up over the years.  I have made my life unnecessarily harder because of neglecting my weight gain over the last many years.
