| I had mine pulled in Omaha. If thats not real far I can refer you to him. He probably isnt the cheapest but less than what you are quoted. He really struggled getting mine out,,,hard pulls,,,never had anything easy in my life
As mentioned if you have the time and desire go to the dental student , they will do better than most for the least.
Or had a past friend whose dad was a dentist,,,go to Mexico to get anything major done because of cost difference. he lived by Houston so closer,,,but its only miles. One way airline tickets are dirt cheap
