South central kansas | I am a big boy and make my own decisions...and live with the consequences and blame no one for them. I understand the feeling of not wanting to put out a specific price.
I have a very good broker that I have been using for years, and he was adamant i sell up around 7.00 in July KC, so I started a little lower than 7.00 and just kept adding to shorts below what he felt was support and I got up to 100% hedged, but unfortunately got out at 5.84 on July, because I thought we were due for a bounce and didn't want to give any money back. With the memory of last year, fresh in my mind and at this time a lot like last year in terms of subsoil, I wanted to wait and see what the weather did, but there is a price I won't let it go below, before I rehedge.
