Glad you got it fixed, I could definitely hear the frustration in your post last night. I'm running exact same setup 2388 & 25ft 1020. I coudnt get but 1000 rpm out of my fan and replaced the belt and now getting 1150 and it really helped with my sample. Maybe it's just me but it seems like I used to get more air out of my paddle fan on my old 1680 than I do at the same rpm's with the cross flow fan.
