| Eddie I had the same exact problem last year. Ihave a 1440 and a neighbor has one also.
I was helping him cut beans and his combine was doing a good job cleanong I was putting hulls in the tank no matter what i done.
Stopped and looked at his combine and the only difference was he had the1 1/8 chaffer and i had the1 5/8 one
I have a parts machine and it had the 1 1/8 one and changed it out and walla it cured my problem no more hulls and clean like a rotor should.
Please bite the bullet and get one results problem solved
