Wyoming | 54 calls? How much air time (ie, call connected time) did that add up to?
And, to finish the analysis, how strong is your cell signal (how many dots/bars/etc) when you were making these calls?
As an aside, if I got more than 10 phone calls in a day, I'd huck my phone into a ditch. How can you stand being that popular?
Here's a little anecdote for you about low signal strength and phone battery life:
When I go to the gym to work out and I put my phone into a steel locker, if I don't turn off the radios in the phone (ie, go into "airplane mode"), I can put the phone into the locker with a 65% charge and pull it out 90 minutes later with a 15% charge. That's an iPhone 5.
Put it into airplane mode, put it in the locker and it comes out with exactly the same battery charge it had when I put it into the locker.
That's how much low signal strength can scorch your battery on a phone. |
