What Luke says in the above post is correct! - apply a residual post herbicide. Twenty five years ago, Dr. Ford Baldwin at the Uni of Ar recommended that the post spray be applied 21 days after planting - mark your calendar. Looks like we're getting back to that sound recommendation.
