I was thinking yesterday about the plow bottom that came on the early IH moboard plows. Dad and I had a No.8 pull type and if I remember correctly, it had "Super Chief" bottoms. Wonder why this name was given to them as wasn't the John Deere plow one of the first to break ground after the American Indian?
