I also have no 3ph at my grain set up. I use a Ronk 3 phase converter to make 3 phase. Can do a total of 80H.P. Been trouble free. Go with all the 3ph motors you can. Here is a link to Ronk call them, very helpfull. http://www.ronkelectrical.com/
