| Can you find out how much is too much ?, what is his target and what is he dropping ?, this will make a difference on some troubleshooting....FWIW 1st check the hi -lo range` sprocket, especially if he plants beans, since there is a good chance it was never changed from last Spring, then check the transmission sprockets, then tires.
For me 90% of the time when I get a call like that it is a transmission setting...
