The wiring for your flashers can probably not handle the extra current. You could replace the beacon switch with a relay, and switch that relay with your flasher circuit. You would have to tap into the flash circuit before the flash module. It would provably involve running a wire from the armrest area to the ceiling/beacon switch area. I wouldn't think it's worth it.
