Tarzan, TX | Here's a picture of the one in our 8200. It's not hard at all to install, but you have to be pretty careful with the steering column. The bracket and motor are pretty heavy, and all of the column, including the internal framework where it telescopes, is made of plastic. Had a hand drop the column down real hard, and it broke the guide framework on the telescoping part. Ended up making one out of metal to replace it and haven't had any trouble since.
