waupun wisconsin | Where are you from? The only good way is a boat. If this is your only pit, buying one wouldn't be economical. If your lucky you may find one to rent. We run three PCE boats and will be adding a fourth. Agitating the round cement pits is nearly impossible without one. Your trying to do it from one spot and cant put the pump in anywhere else I assume? With a boat you can get to every spot in the pit. Your other option is to get the payloader and solid spreaders down in there....If you have a ramp!
