53916 | If you're worried about oil, I'd suggest one of the special extinguishers required in commercial kitchens intended for grease fires as well as an ABC. I think they gave it letter U.
No sense in carrying one if you do not know proper use. Seems silly, but lots of people don't know what they're doing in the heat of the moment. If your employer doesn't already provide the training, I'm 100% positive your local FD would be more than happy to provide the training.
