WELLLLLLLLLLLLLL . Here's one from us low i n f o r m a t i o n voters. How about the blender credit itself. Do you really think that goes to the ethanol plants?????? Why do you think its called a blenders credit. Its $0.48 a gallon that goes right to the blenders.
