| I found this information on the extension in the Farm Burea Spokesman that arrived today. I just do not remember certification being extended into August before. I also agree with the poster on the lack of leverage they are going to have over farmers to certify, without direct payments, and elimination of the SURE program. It is my understanding that RMA and its Federal Crop insurance agents have the authority to determine insured acres, but my agent still requests me to certify so they have FSA documents to work from.
