Had a fm1000 and field IQ installed last spring on planter tractor for row shutoffs.  Late summer took the fm1000 console out of tractor and stored in the house.  Now put back in tractor and the first message that comes up is the backup battery is dead and needs to be replaced.  We can continue on in startup, but there is no field IQ and the console will not receive gps signal.  The version has gone back to 1.0.  Talked to dealer, no help. Talked to Ag Express in Des Moines, they say might be problem with a key on the virtual keyboard is sticking, which makes firmware revert back to beginning.  If we bring it in, 2.5hrs away they will work on it while we wait, about 3 hrs.  That is what we will do on Wedn.  Any other ideas would be appreciated.  I wish Trimble had a help line to call.  Thanks in advance for any advice.
