15 lbs of sulfur is not "plenty" for COC on low OM soil.
Summary: You're adequate for COC for next year. But if you want to really build soil test levels, you might want to up your MAP rates.


On the sulfur thing...Thank you for your input...but I am going to have to agree to disagree here. I am banding 15 units of SO4- 2x2 and I feel that I am adequate, and I am okay to agree to disagree.

I will agree with your second statement about addressing the MAP rate, and totally agree, but it is going to take some time (and money) to do that. Trying to get a jump start on this farm and it will take years to get it where I want.
