EC Nebraska
15 lbs of sulfur is not "plenty" for COC on low OM soil. I topdress 200 lbs AMS on COC and consider that enough but not too much for 2.5 to 3.5% OM. To answer your original question, I've grown COC on ground testing 5-6 ppm P1. I applied 40 lb P2O5 in a 2x2 and harvested 240 bpa. (2008) But that's with enough S and K levels up around 300-400 ppm or 4-6% K saturation. I've been working on building up the P levels on that ground. I've applied 250lb/acre/year MAP for the last four years and now have P levels in the high teens. It takes a lot of MAP to build test levels here.

Summary: You're adequate for COC for next year. But if you want to really build soil test levels, you might want to up your MAP rates.
