I'm sure you already got rid of a potential mouse nest in the airbox. I went to look at a used ZRT years ago, the seller didn't get it running before I drove an hour to see it. He pulled it out of his garage, ran it half a block and burned it to the ground!

Do you have spark on both all the time?

If you do have spark: stuck open choke, leak in choke plunger?, too much stabil/seafoam last fall, bad gas, low compression, bad reed valve
If not: bad plug, bad wire, bad stator, coil.....

If you had ethanol blend in it last spring, dump it. I love E as much as the next farmer, but it hasn't done well in any of my sleds over summer.

Hope it's something easy...
