The upgrades all sound good to me. A lot of my beef with Apple would go away then. In the meantime, with my slow connection to the interweb, upgrades are by necessity few and far between. My ISP promises me rural fiber optic "soon", so I'll just bide my time until then.

As for problem solving ... there is no problem, according to Apple, and did we want to fill out a questionaire relating to our satisfaction with their service? (WTH, and No Thanks)
