RTK Float means you have communication with your correction source (CORS) however you are not tracking enough sv's to maintain a fixed position, my suggestions is unlock your FmX for Glonass ($2,000) Trimble was running a special on it. if you do have Glonass enabled verify that your cors network is utilizing it or make sure you have the correct mount point entered.
