| Ok, I might be out in left field on this, but I'm thinking PTT means "Push to talk"....
If that is correct, there is an app called "HeyTell" that is available for Android and iPhone that gives these phones that capability. My brother and I just installed this on our Droids and it works great. A large orange "button" appears on the screen - you touch this button, speak, and release. It sends the message similar to a text. As soon as it arrives on the receiving end, it plays the message. Very simple, very fast. Obviously requires the data plan to work though - but you have that already with smartphones anyhow. Heytell works across platforms too - so an Android user can talk with an iPhone user. App is free. :)
