Yes these would be in addition to the wireless modem.  You would take the signal from the wireless modem to a router via a network cable.  Then from the router to the radio, that you buy to share the internet with, via a network cable.  Pretty simple if you have ever done it before, but can be like Latin if you are clueless.  Hopefully you have someone near that can get you started on the right path.
