Near Richmond, IN | Yes, they gave me a web address I had to go to with the password they emailed me and sign up online for the update. I have an emailed receipt that it will be shipped so I am assuming it will be. Like I said it seemed too easy based on my experiences in dealing with online support people in some other country. Hopefully it'll come here, but it seemed to be correct--actually the person I talked to said she was registering my computer and when I went to the win7.dell.com site I had to enter my password and the model, service tag #, etc. to sign up for it.
