It’s “only” $375/acre… The opportunity was there for that or more from 2021 to 2023……. 2022 probably the easiest.

200 times 7 is $1400 mind you. 200 is low for a lot of folks…… And 7 is low for a lot when the basis always seemed to be “smoking”

So if class were in session I’d say the 2 steps for making $300,000 on 800 acres are as follows….. Farm in one of the many counties in the corn belt where below to average yields are greater than or equal to 200…… And sell your crop about any of the last 3 June’s. Preferably all 3 crops May/June of 2022. Easy peasy.
