Subject: Planter Bushings/Bolts AGAIN

Macon, IL
I am rebuilding my 2nd 7000 planter. Something somebody said the other day really piqued my interest. On both of them the bushings and parallel arms are not bad-a lot of the slop was because the bolts have the threads worn off.

What I need is 5/8 x 2" bolts with only the last 1/2" threaded. That way the bushing would be riding on full bolt instead of just threads. My planter has 96 of these these things so it would be nice to just do it once and have it last. I know I could probably buy some longer ones and cut them all off but cutting 96 grade 8 bolts doesn't sound like much fun.

Any idea where I could source some bolts like that?

McMasterCarr and Grainger don't show them-at least not in the online catalog. Nothing yet in basic google searches.
