| I asked a while back about souix automation mixers. JoeR was very helpful and wondering if maybe he knows couple other things. You know what the hardness of the steel is on the tub? Have a pretty active Cloverdale salesman close to me and he says their steel is AR50 where most are AR36?? So they get a lot better life out of them. Also anyone know much about Cloverdale mixers? Specifically the T600 twin screw prolly. How would that compare to a Sioux automation 3680? Any help would be great. Thx | |
