Found a couple of older briskets in the freezer to use for corning and was wondering if anyone else corns their own? As simple as it is you don't hear about many that make their own. I can't say I've had a bad one that I made and have probably done a dozen over the past 10 years. I made one once with out saltepeter and the color was a real turn off. Just not into eating gray food.
