Illinois | I had a banker tell me today that this is the latest trend he is noticing. He said high interest expense and high healthcare costs are destroying producers financials more than the farm economy already has. Healthcare was no suprise for the guys with no off farm work benifits.
If these rates are hurting what would a one percent increase do?
We didn't even talk about the high rents, land payments machinery payments that have some guys behind the 8 ball.
