I've got a couple of different computers on Win10 now. Mostly transitioned OK. But, one problem I'm having w/the Win10 system that I have NEVER had with any Win series in the past is the occasional inability to close a program, especially if there are 2-3 or more programs open. Clicking on the little "X" doesn't do it. Clicking on the lower bar icon & choosing "Close Window" doesn't do it. I have to bring up the Task Mgr & close that program from there. It could be Internet Explorer, Google, Word, or whatever. None seem immune to inability to close at some time or another.

So....is it just me?
