I have not yet "changed" to Win 10 or upgraded to IE 11. I use a couple sites that work better with IE than Chrome. Every time I try to open IE it warns that I need to upgrade to 11 and freezes the home screens and the warning. Cannot close in task Mgr either and have to restart computer to get any where. Related to OP's problem? If not, sorry to jump n.
