N. Illinois | Currently have a line of sight internet provider at home. I've lived in my house 5 yrs and internet provider has been out a handful of times. Problem i have now is i have good speed during the day but around 7pm it bogs down almost to a stop. Im fed up with this jackass company theyre infrastructure is undersized and i pay $45 a month for 5mbps. Its not my pod or where they broadcast from. I get 5 mbps all day but around 7pm their bandwith just dries up. 2 months ago they were out i got put on a different broadcaster (2.5 miles from my house) and theres only a dozen customers on it. Internet worked awesome til a week or two ago. There isnt supposed to be data caps either. Im wondering if any of you have satellite internet and what your experience is with any providers. Im fed up with my current provider! Thanks. | |
