Middle Tennessee | but I'm having a hard time figuring out how these floods in China aren't a major deal. The torrential rain cover looks to me about 1/4 of the nation's corn acreage, maybe more, and remember, their crop size is comparable to the US. The rains bullseyed the epicenter of their southern corn belt, Xingtai got more than 15 inches of rain. There is more rain on the way.
