95 Kenworth with 3406 E Caterpillar motor. Water pump has been changed and belts are tight. The truck has two gauges, one for engine temp. and the other for water temp. Engine temp. is 190 and water temp. is 210. The radiator cap is for 10 pounds. Should the radiator cap be 15 pounds, maybe that's the problem ? Any help is appreciated.
