NEOH | Had some play in the steering on my 5420 and figured out this shaft was worn right at the valve. Can't get just the shaft without the whole steering column which is $450. So I just put a bubble of weld on each spline and used the grinder and cut off wheel and took it back to as close to original as I could with the tools I had. Hope it works for a while at least. I know it's not ideal but wasn't about to spend that much.
