Central ND | We ordered a couple chaffers from A & I this morning by mistake, we actually needed one sieve and one chaffer, we were still on the phone, had not even hung up when we realized our mistake. The gal said that once she entered it in the computer she could not change ANYTHING! No additions, no deletions, no changes of any sort! So we have to buy the two chaffers and if we want a sieve it would have to be another separate order which means we would have to get another order of $1250+ to get free freight! Does this make sense or am I out in left field? | |
