Pro 700 moniter with Case/IH 500T air seeder....Help!

...I put the same post in Machinery Talk.
The seed meter in the bottom of the tank will not turn. It will go 1-2 turns and then stops.
This is a Pro 700 monitor on a Case/IH tractor.
The trouble started when I pushed the fixed rate button. It turned green and seems to be locked.
Any suggestions will be appreciated!
