St.Clair Co. IL. | ok I've started to can some broccolli and califlower, after I blanch and cool I drain and put in vacuum bags and seal,
now here's the problem the liquid pulls up in the vac. sealer and sometimes don't seal. what can I do to help?
I drain as much as I can get off but some liquid still pulls out. was thinking about putting a paper towel on top of the product to absorb the liquid, will this work or will I have a mess and bad taste?
