Fareway had brisket on sale, so the wife bought one.
Any tips on how to fix it. She had them cut it in 3 pieces
so we can try different methods, maybe, plus there are
just the two of us. Didn't want the whole thing at once.
Looks like a lot of fat on it. Should we trim that off first ?
