Subject: Do I need to worry about this tire?

SC MN

I have repurposed Michelin cement truck tires on my 600 bushel Parker. I have both some age/stress cracks showing up and one crack showing up 90 degrees to the rim (see pic). I keep about 70 lbs in the tires. Should I be concerned, or am I good to go?
