South Texas | About to move cows to another pasture by the river. Need to get them some water, fenced them off the river because they'll cross it. What 12 volt pump would work well off solar panel, battery, charge controller? 2 gpm would be more than enough. Would a sureflow or other brand diaphragm pump last long running 4-8 hours a day? Diaghram pump would be nice that I can mount it 10' or so above water level, hide it and the hoses so river traffic less likely to steal it.
