Not my numbers. Have a few disagreements with some of the numbers. Some too high (hauling, N) some too low (land, fert). Land is way too low for rent, too high for owned but I think a guy should use the local rent number on owned land anyway as that is what you could get from neighbors. I think many guys are estimating their costs way too low. | |
