Subject: Initial setup on Clipper Super 29D seed cleaner

South Carolina

We are getting ready to clean some oats, first time with any seed cleaner. I have read the manual but very vague on set up. How do you know where to set the initial fan speed?  I understand the relationship between the upper and lower fan and getting a neutral pressure at the hole where the ribbon goes, and that you want as much air where the seed come out the roller to get as much trash with out too many good seed before it hits the screen. There are two air controls at top and the variable speed belt.
I have watched videos but if anyone has any info or a publication it would be greatly appreciated. Want to do this correctly, have some peas to clean after the oats. We sent a sample of both seed to have the screens sized, so got that part right.
