NCND | He led the charge and got an injunction for the wotus rule implementation. 13 states had sued with ND. However EPA disregarded the federal judges order and still implemented the rule today in 38 states when the judges ruling was for all states. I would expect nothing else out of this administration.
For you lucky guys in these 13 states get draining!!!!!!!! We have until at least October 1st
This will affect our crops from now until we ourselves are dust. I hope common sense can win out for US who challenged the rule.
