Subject: Indiana Grain Indemnity Program

North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana
I saw a link to this on one of my local buyers page. In reading it it appears as though it is voluntary. Since we do not store grain at any elevator and usually only truck a few thousand loads at a time would it be worthwhile to check into not paying into the fund. It also appears that once they hit the target price for the year they quit collecting, that seems kinda unfair in sorts.
