I used to travel to Texas years back pretty regular. There used to be a chain called Jim Dandy. That was some lip smacking good fried bird. Get some jalapenos with it. Mmmmm! Think they went out of business there maybe. There's some in California though.
Haven't had any fried chicken that good in a long time.
Think I'm gonna have to try and find a place as good as I recall Jim Dandy being. KFC isn't worth stopping at, IMO.
